Look 21

In Stuttgart, between Heilbronner Straße, Türlenstraße, and Tunzhoferstraße, lies "Look21" – a development consisting of two office buildings and a residential complex. Scherbaum Wohnbau GmbH realized the office buildings as the general contractor and the residential building as the investor and developer.

Located in the Stuttgart-Nord district, the buildings form a bridge between urban infrastructure and green surroundings. Türlenstraße runs along the southern side of the site, while Heilbronner Straße borders it to the east. To the north, the buildings along Tunzhoferstraße adjoin the area. To the west, our newly designed Bürgerpark and the Bürgerhospital (Killesberg) provide a scenic counterpart. Direct connections to Stuttgart’s city center and the nearby train station make "Look21" an attractive location. A subway station is situated directly adjacent to the property.

From the outside, Look21 makes a bold statement in favor of city life, while its interior embraces the surrounding greenery, creating an inviting retreat. This results in a harmonious dialogue between urbanity and nature. Look21 consists of three sections: two interconnected office buildings and a residential complex with a four-story underground parking garage. The 200 rental apartments and a daycare center are located between our newly designed Bürgerpark and the spacious park areas of the office buildings.

One particularly striking feature is the rounded and prominent façade facing the city center. Naturally, the commercial sections boast all modern conveniences – from green, tranquil event spaces to attractive back-office units.
