Loisach Quarter
In Wolfratshausen, perfectly connected to the public transport system, a large EDEKA supermarket and 117 rental apartments as well as a two-storey underground car park were built. This Loisach Quarter thus makes a significant contribution to providing the residents of Wolfratshausen with housing and local amenities.
LOQ stands for Loisach Quartier and as such, the construction project serves the residents of Wolfratshausen, for whom it makes a significant contribution to the housing supply with 117 apartments and can comprehensively cover everyday shopping needs with the EDEKA full-range supermarket.
The property was built in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station on a plot of land measuring approx. 10,000 m², which was only used for various warehouses and had considerable contamination.
The well-connected location, the KfW 55 energy standard, a mobility concept and a tenant electricity model complement the excellent range of 1 - 4-room apartments. Thanks to the very well adapted architecture, the buildings could be perfectly arranged on the long plot and well thought-out, bright floor plans of the apartments could be created.
A special feature is the atrium above the Edeka supermarket, which forms an oasis of calm in a central location.
