The MK5

In June 2012, Scherbaum was able to hand over the keys to a new property: the MK5 on Theresienhöhe in Munich. Trade fair visitors once streamed through the halls at this location – today, people live and work on a perfectly located site

A property with sustainable aspirations: The low-energy house has a facade made of recycled aluminum. Around 300 people work on five floors (ground floor and 4 floors). The L-shaped building also has two basements with parking spaces, storage and technical rooms. The Scherbaum Group designed the property in close consultation with the main tenant and incorporated his wishes and needs in detail. A showcase house in which aesthetics, utility, sustainability and safety are in harmony.
