MK5
In June 2012, Scherbaum handed over the keys to a new property: The MK5 on Theresienhöhe in Munich. Trade fair visitors once streamed through the halls at this location - today people live and work on a perfectly located site.

A building with sustainable aspirations: the low-energy building has a façade made from recycled aluminum. Around 300 people work on five floors (ground floor and 4 storeys). The L-shaped building also has two basement levels with parking spaces, storage and technical rooms. The Scherbaum Group designed the property in close consultation with the main tenant and incorporated their wishes and requirements in detail. A showcase building in which aesthetics, utility, sustainability and security are in harmony.
